Our rates reflect the specialized knowledge, cross-disciplinary training, and hands-on experience we bring to every engagement, while remaining accessible to the public agencies, tribal nations, nonprofits, and community organizations we serve.

Every project is scoped to your specific needs. The rates below provide a starting framework so you can plan with confidence. Final pricing is determined after an initial consultation.

Training & Education

Customized curricula and skill-building for your teams

Includes topic development, curriculum design, materials, delivery, and a post-session summary. Training can be delivered in-person or virtually and is tailored to your audience — from frontline staff to leadership.

Billed in 30-minute increments; minimum 1-hour engagement

Working Within Grant Budgets

Many of our clients fund consulting services through federal or state grants. We understand the requirements of DOJ, SAMHSA, and other federal funders — including consultant rate thresholds and documentation standards. We are happy to provide detailed scopes, cost breakdowns, and budget justification language for grant applications and procurement processes. If your project is federally funded, we will work with you to ensure our engagement meets all applicable guidelines.
